Leaders in Mumeya and Nyange are busy planning their future, both politically and economically. And their plans are ambitious. With the support of Student Fellows Emily Fagundes and Nick Fazio from Santa Clara University’s Miller Center, leaders have been meeting weekly to develop business plans for cooperatives that will provide sustainable income for their families and communities.
