Nyange Leaders Begin Construction of Demonstration House
Nyange leaders, mostly women, have cleared the land, made bricks, and baked roofing tiles for construction of a new home for one of Nyange’s poorest villagers, Dorosela. She is a widowed member of the group who suffers from HIV/AIDS. Because the house will be located next to the highway, the project will also advertise the roofing tiles being made by the Nyange collaboration. So far, the group has made and baked more than 2000 tiles.
