PICO Helps Clergy Respond to Poverty

At the invitation of the Catholic Bishop Alphonse Quesnel, PICO led a session at the clergy retreat on how to develop successful parish projects. Lack of resources makes it difficult for clergy to carry out the church mandate to care for those in greatest need. OPODNE works with more than 50 congregations in all 13 cities in the Northeast Department.
