“United we are stronger”

El Salvador: “United we are stronger” is the banner under which 100 COFOA leaders from cities across La Paz Department gathered to reflect on their duties and faith and civic leaders. The unifying issue for most leaders was the campaign to secure legal title to their homes.  Leaders pledged to support one another regardless of issues and geography.
