Fall Update from Haiti: Investing in young people
Youth in Haiti were out of school for the summer and looking for something to do. Because there are no government resources for local activities, OPODNE leaders organized activities for youth to build a sense of purpose and community. In Vallieres, they organized a soccer tournament. In Ouanaminthe, the social club organized recreation activities. In Paulette, the computer center provides training for youth and adults.
