PICO Rwanda welcomes new staff
We are proud to welcome Fr. Innocent Rugaragu, SJ to the permanent staff of PICO Rwanda. We congratulate him on completing his degree as Doctor of Philosophy in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University. His dissertation is titled, “Leadership for Peace and Reconciliation in Post-Violent Sub-Saharan African Countries: Ethical Pragmatism”. Fr. Innocent has been assigned as the Director of the Jesuit Retreat Center called Centre Christus in Kigali, which also serves as a social and cultural center. We hope this center will become a hub for training clergy and leaders in the skills of community organizing. We also welcome Mary Jane Ishimwe and Meredith Bolen as part time staff who are helping document and share the PICO Rwanda story. Take a look at their work by liking PICO Rwanda on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/picorw/.
